Please note that this site is a side project and we
may not always have it ideally organized. Please bear with us ... playing
our part in consumer protection is important to us, but we have our primary
business to run and our own lives to live. :^}

| Here is a breakdown of
accusations, according to our experience and by correspondence with other
people, documented in our records. We place the responsibility of deciding
authenticity of the information (which we can prove we received) on the
reader. Remember, the information contained here is a compilation from
many, many sources and witnesses, of which separately and collectively you
can judge the truth for yourself.
 | Corporate Identity Theft (Early 2005):
Establishing relationships with technology companies, then hijacking their
identity, such as using their business name to take over projects, collect
receivables, and imply credibility by association on new projects.
Also removed money from client's bank account.

 | Personal Identity Theft (Early 2005):
Posing as a private investigator (without a required license we will
venture to guess) and even a police officer to steal and use social security numbers, sometimes
under the name "Jake Smith".

 | Service Resale Fraud (2004-2005):
Reselling Hosting and ISP services and canceling or not providing services
paid for.

 | Consumer Fraud (2004-Present):
Selling web design services not providing services, or not
finishing project. Longstanding promises of refunds, keeping
deposits, etc..

 | Contractor Fraud (2005-Present):
Hiring freelancers, using their work, and not paying them

 | Computer Repair Fraud / Theft (2005 & 2006):
Not returning customer's computers, or returning them with
missing parts unfixed.

 | Misrepresentation (2004-Present):
Lying about business affiliations, business locations, and
claiming stolen portfolios as examples of his work. Also lies about
subcontracting most or all work to freelancers. |

Because we all have out lives to lead, we are using an
easier way to maintain and update the information on this site. Apart
from major news, we will be posting and archiving information we receive on

We have posted old information (as back-dated entries)
with as original documentation as possible, preserving anonymity when
requested.
Please note that there is a gap in information between
mid-2005 and early 2006, which we believe was due to not catching his
company name change and possibly him being temporarily out of business.
We will also consider giving William an audience, setting
him up with an account he is welcome to use for posting comments on any and
all of the entries, if not only to make clear there is no question of
us being fair. If he's reading this, a simple username and password
(which he can then change himself) from his Gmail account to the contact
link below will suffice.
